Lucy leads our Client Services Team.  Our commitment of specialized and customer focused financial planning would not be possible without her hard work and dedication. The main aspect of her job is to provide support to the business operations of our team of Financial Advisors.  She ensures customer satisfaction through direct contact with our clients, vendors, and other operational employees, while making sure that all regulatory standards are met.

“It’s important for me to be able to anticipate and proactively seek resolutions to any potential issues and make the appropriate recommendations for corrective action.” 

She has been in the business for over 19 years. Her career began at Oppenheimer & Co. in the Operations Department, and later was promoted as Executive Assistant to the Regional Manager where she acted as a liaison between senior management, account executives, clients and various business units within the firm.

Lucy is also a Certified Medical Assistant, an Outreach Worker, and a Family Coordinator at the Nassau County Youth Board’s Strengthening Families Training Program.  She spends her free time with her children and seeks to continue her financial education.
