Michael plays an important part in assuring that the operations of Gateway run as smoothly as possible. The main aspect of his job is to support the business functions of our team and to be able to anticipate and proactively seek resolutions to our client’s requests. 

He has been in the business for over 15 years assisting Branch Managers, Operation Managers, Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants.  At Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, he was a Contact Center Liaison working on various requests from opening accounts to researching trade corrections.  Michael also has experience in training end-users and providing support for numerous financial and web-based applications.

He enjoys working for Gateway because of the different people he gets to interact with and the knowledge he gains on finance and investing.  Michael likes to spend his free time collecting sports memorabilia, reading and spending time with his family.
